Return & Refund Policy

At Havek Auto, we focus on supplying aftermarket auto parts for wholesale buyers, distributors, retailers, and repair businesses. Because our products are vehicle-related replacement parts, we strongly recommend confirming product compatibility before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
1. The wrong item was sent by us.
2. The product arrived damaged or defective.
3. The product has not been installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Description of the problem

If the return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
- Customized or special-order items
- Returns caused by incorrect model selection or compatibility mismatch not confirmed before purchase

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or delivering a defective product.
